Girls’ Night In (Before A Fabulush Night Out)

Apt. MG hosted a ‘Girls’ Night In’ before a fun night out! Thanks to the folks at Smirnoff, I hosted a chic soiree in my apartment with some of my fav girls. Sometimes life can be super busy, so the theme of the eve was to bring together girlfriends I had not seen in a very long time to catch up on their lives, plan the evening’s activities, dine on delish bites and sip on yummy lo-cal cocktails. NYC Events: Beth Ditto Performs At XL Nightclub

What’s more fun than a weekend in NYC full of fashion & music? This past Saturday, XL Nightclub hosted a lively performance by indie rock singer Beth Ditto. Ditto performed her hit singles “I Wrote the Book”, “Move in the Right Direction” and “Get a Job”. With a fan-filled crowd, the night incorporated rock-punk inspired fashion & relationship-driven songs. Anyone who has experienced a break-up can relate to Ditto’s story driven lyrics backed by heavy hitting disco beats.

This winter has been awful for my skin & nails. After putting on bb cream & powder, my face still flakes. I want that glowy look (not shiny) so I can feel good when I’m out on a date. I get manicures often but my cuticles are a mess (I work in the medical field, so I wash my hands multiple times a day). What products can I use that will help me look fresh for spring?
