I found this fabulush silk Gucci scarf in my closet It has beautiful shades of pink & purple, sized large enough to wear a variety of ways and is luxuriously soft. If you have gorg silk scarves that are stored away in your wardrobe, a great way to display their beauty is by framing them. I found an awesome post on how to frame a scarf here. By using pins on a poster board, you can still use the scarf as an accessory whenever you wish. Love this!

Dahlings, would you frame a scarf to use as wall decor?

This is what happens when your closet is not organized properly. You forget you have the most adorable, bamboo chained, pink stripe down the middle, Gucci horse-bit clutch. I had this sent to me by a friend who purchased it in Harrods (located in Knightsbridge, London) a few years back. Isn’t the pink silk stripe down the middle just perfect? Definitely wearing this as my date night clutch. And, totes need to get my closet in order

I pretty much adore anything tufted and anything pink. And if it’s bothfabulush x 100! For my dream closet, I would totes have a pink tufted vanity chair & stool, that way I can get dressed in style. This set is a great size for a smaller walk-in closet, or in my case, the corner of my bedroom. In fact, I just may have to get this…

Dahlings, you can view all my favs on the Midtown Girl Closet pinterest board!

Finally. I finally wore my layered Valentino Bow Pumps to the LIM College panel I spoke at recently (without the layers poofed). Over the weekend, I decided I must get one of those ‘shoe ledges’ to display my fav pumps that are unfortch, stuck in the back of my closet due to lack of shoe organization. Will let you dahlings know how it looks!

So…this weekend I was looking for my Chanel canvas bag (for an upcoming vaca I hope) when I found this little beauty hidden in the back of my closet.

Never worn, still with tags.

Not the first time this has happened, as you dahlings know. However, I am totes making a new attempt at not keeping anything that hasn’t been worn in over 2 years (or things that will not be fabulush vintage wear in the future). Even though this Chanel is def fabulush, I don’t see myself wearing it (plus the lambskin is too high maintenance, which will drive me nutz).

Fabulush x 100. I found this at the TJMaxx in Midtown. Priced at $499 down from $1250 (still high but hey, it’s PUCCI!). I adore this shade of purple, it’s so rich & elegant and with the embroidered collar & sleeves, this is perfect resort wear.

Dahlings, what do you think of this purple shade?

A pastel blazer is one of my city-girl wardrobe staples, espesh for spring. Layered over a shift dress, paired with cigarette jeans or thrown over your fav tee & pleated skirt combo, a pastel knitted blazer will make any outfit instantly Midtown Chic. This fantasy blazer with gathered shoulders from Zara is on my must-have list because of its tailored cut & divine color.
