Cheers to fresh new color & a gorgeous mane in 2014! I had the opportunity to have my color done by Celebrity colorist Sherry Ratay at the gorgeous Julien Farel salon in Midtown Manhattan. Sherry suggested that we extend my natural hair color so that there is less of a dramatic color difference. She also recommended we lighten the very bottom of my hair because it looked like it ended higher than it was (and obvs I want my hair to look as long as possible- long hair, don’t care!).
The end result?
Sherry created more lightness at the bottom for length, removed the brassy band of color in the mid-top area & created a richer chocolate color thoughout my mid area for a softer ombre effect. Thanks for the fabulush hair Sherry!
