WEAR: Winter Green Coat
When you find a pretty shade of green, don’t be afraid to wear it. A few years ago, I bought a green coat. It was a bright, Kelly green. You know, like the green that flows abundantly during St. Patrick’s day. Yes, THAT green. I walked outside my apartment and passed by two handsome businessmen*. When they passed me, one whispered to the other, “that’s like a Shrek coat”. He was referring to the monster character in the cartoon film. Totes#notfabulush. Even though I loved the coat, it really wasn’t a color you could wear everyday. The coat above, however, is in a chic subtle shade and offers a combo of the military & cape coat styles that I absolutely adore.
