When you live in NYC, there are tons of ways to get fit outside of a gym. One of my favorite fitness activities is to run along the East Side River. Since it can get chilly near the water, layers are a must. On this day, I wore Marmot’s Anne Running Jacket in Lipstick since it is lightweight & breathable (similar version here).
Marmot has a full line of performance gear that covers all seasons, here’s one of my favs.
