It’s offish National Wear Red Day® dahlings! Join Midtown Girl & wear something red from your fabulush wardrobe to show your support in raising awareness of heart disease.

The Red Dress is the national symbol for women and heart disease awareness.

National Wear Red Day® reminds women and their loved ones to be aware of the risk factors & to take action against heart disease.  Today is also the first day of National Heart Month.

In addition to wearing red today, you can also show support through your social media networks. Starting today until the end of February, when you upload a heart-inspired photo to Twitter or Instagram using #ShowYourHeart, Diet Coke will make a $1 donation to the Foundation for the National Institutes of Health (up to $100k) to support heart health research and programs.

You can visit here for more info on National Wear Red Day®.
