In Valentino’s stunning showroom in Midtown, we were introduced to Valentina, the first fragrance launched by the famed couture fashion house. The inspiration behind the fragrance is the unconventional femininity & elegance of the modern woman. Master perfumers Olivier Cresp & Alberto Morillas developed this divine Italian floral oriental scent with notes of Calabrian bergamot, white Alba truffles, sweet Amalfi orange blossom, wild strawberries & sultry amber.

This week, Tanqueray Gin sponsored a fabulush event with 1stdibs.com at the New York Design Center in Midtown. While sipping on signature Tanqueray cocktails, we viewed 5 gorgeous Valentino vintage couture gowns and celebrated photographs from Italian Cinema in the 1960s taken by the famed Life magazine photographer, John Philips.
