For those New Yorkers who will not be traveling this holiday, who do not feel like cooking or whose tradition is staying in the city, this list is for you. I’ve spent a few Thanksgivings eating out in resty’s, so for those who are looking for a spot to celebrate this beautiful holiday, here is MG’s list for the Best Restaurants in NYC for Thanksgiving Dinner 2012

Espesh for online daters, some would rather meet for a casual coffee rather than a glammy cocktail for the First Date. A cafe date can be less nerve-wracking and totes puts less pressure on what to wear for the first date. For you dolls, I’ve put together a list of my fav cafes in NYC for you to choose from (and each I have been to before, so you can rest assure they are the best)!

Next week is Thanksgiving, so for those of you who will not be traveling out of town or just don’t feel like cooking for 10 hours, NYC has some fab holiday dinner options for you, friends & fam…

What makes this list a MG “Best of NYC”?

1. I’ve been to each one and the food, service & ambiance are all worth the trip.

2. Each resty is serving a full Thanksgiving dinner on the 24th which makes them awesome.

I decided to celebrate this Father’s Day with my fam at Bryant Park Grill bc:

1. I haven’t been there in forevz &

2. It’s a 10 min walk from my aptfabulush.

Even though it wasn’t offish a date night, it was still a date with my parents. And, it would have been a sin to waste such a gorgeous NYC Sunday sitting indoors. So, the bf, parents & I arrived at the resty around 5pm and after ordering a round of cocktails we chose the following for entrees…

I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded since I was 16 years old. Back then, the only salons to have threading done were located in Jackson Heights, Queens. Yep, Queens. So every 2 months I jumped on the 7 train and made my way into “Little India” to get my brows in shape.

And it was TOTES worth it.

Formerly known as Bistro Bagatelle (my fabulush b-day brunch spot), Brasserie Beaumarchais re-opened last week with a revamped French bistro menu by resident chef Nicholas Cantrel (who recently won an Iron Chef battle against Chef Marc Forgione). I had the wonderful opp to check out the new digs & dinner with the bf, during their Friends & Family preview.

Check out the delish dinner we had that eve…
