How are you doing? I hope ok, dahlings. In latest news, “NYS on Pause” goes in effect this Sunday at 8pm. Non-essential workers are required to work from home. What does ‘essential’ cover❓Hospitals, urgent care, Dr’s offices, grocery & liquor stores, restaurants doing take-out & delivery only, pharmacies, gas stations, vet care, home repair, MTA service & a few others.

NYC property owners who have lost income or employment because of the outbreak will get a 90-day relief from mortgage payments ✅. Talks are active for a possible temporary rent freeze as landlords request some type of relief for their property bills, if this were to go into effect.

There is also some some relief for small businesses via the “Assistance & Guidance for Businesses Impacted Due to Novel Coronavirus” offering zero interest loans and grants, if your business qualifies. More info on these updates can be found nyc.gov.
