The air in NYC is crisp and still fall-like, which makes for the perf weather to wear your in-between coats and shift dresses.  Here I wore my new bird-printed shift dress with flare sleeves. The birds give the dress a whimsical touch & the flare sleeves a bohemian feel. The navy color works fabulushly with my beige hooded cape coat.

I adore this cape bc its makes me feel like a kid going to school. Also, coats that are the same length as shift dresses feel so ’60′s chic. I added my Dolce & Gabbana OTK boots (with the tops folded down), my fav Chanel bag, my new fav gold fringed necklace & a starburst ring for some sparkle.

  1. So cute. My friend has the same bag, she loves hers.

  2. Love the outfit, head to toe!

Can you tell me if you got the Chanel bag from the actual store or somewhere else? I asked my boyfriend for it for Xmas, but hes having a hard time finding it..

    • Thank you doll!

I bought the Chanel from the Chanel store, but it was a few years back, so the styles/colors may have changed since then. But, if you really like this particular one, I have seen this version sold on ebay. Just make sure you get the bag authenticated at purse forum’s Chanel thread before bidding ;-)
