Fierce or Funny: Denim Cut Offs &Tights!

I see this look all over NYC with a special shout-out to the under 14th street locals. The pre-fall look was the ‘oversized sweater & cut off denim short’ look.

Now, since the weather is changing, (colored) tights have replaced the bare-legged version of this look:

So what do you dahlings think? Fierce or Funny?
