Retro chic is back and in super fine form as shown in the Callula Lillibelle Spring 2013 presentation during NYFW. A combination of tailored peplums, silk caftans (adore) and sheer blouses defined Callula’s spring collection. What I love about the pieces is that you can mix & match the separates with items you already own in bold color & luscious drapery.

Creative Director, Don O’Neill referenced Athena, Goddess of wisdom & courage, as his inspiration for the Theia RTW Fall ’12 Collection. And, he did not disappoint with their first runway show. A stunning array of red carpet worthy dresses, each piece in the collection combines a glamourous cut with edgy accents. I can definitely see some of these gorgeous dresses at this year’s Oscars. Redesigned classics & tailored cuts were the theme in Levi’s Fall ’12 Collection. A key look from the collection (and one I can see myself wearing) was their ”Bootcut Skinny”, a re-worked version of a classic with a modern skinny fit.

If you dahlings knew just how much I love dry shampoo…it is my #1 fav hair product. I use dry shampoo in between washings to give my hair volume and to hold ont0 the natural slight waves I love to wear daily. Backstage at Katie Gallagher’s F/W 2012 show, celebrity hair stylist Cesar Ramirez created fabulush hair looks with Batiste Dry Shampoo, UK’s go-to dry shampoo brand.
