Skinny MG: Getting Back At Your Ex

What’s better than looking and feeling fabulush? If you follow MG’s tweets, then you totes know how I’ve been working on my fitness throughout the summer (check out #SkinnyMG for my progress & delish light dinner & cocktail recipes). Thanks to Oxygen Network, I had the opp to ramp up my workouts by adding the Circuit of Change Bootcamp to my weekly fitness routine.

The Circuit of Change bootcamp is a power yoga/calorie shredding cardio class founded by Brian Delmonico. I attended his class, located near Union Square, and I left feeling energized & empowered. My fav part of the class was the Vinyasa yoga postures & ab-focused movements. Think of it as a motivational, sweat-inducing workout without the army-like commands from traditional “bootcamp” classes.

And now onto the revenge part…

Taking care of your outer & inner self is totes important x 100, which is the main goal on Oxygen’s new reality series “My Big Fat Revenge”. The series features women who have had to deal with personal struggles of weight loss & inner insecurities while trying to be an empowering female to their kids, families & friends.

You NEED to check out tonight’s epi below & watch Jen’s RIDIC EX, omg I just can’t even begin…

See when Jen’s Ex is set up to get shot down by a hot chick? Now who doesn’t want to see a douchebag ex-boyfriend get a taste of his own medicine??? WERK!! (p.s – totes a good topic for #datechat)

And after watching tonight’s epi, check out Oxygen’s ‘Caption This’ contest, where you can leave your personal mark by adding a caption to Jen’s priceless Ex-BF scenario.

Dahlings, be sure to watch the premiere of #MyBigFatRevenge tonight, at 9/8c on Oxygen and let me know what you think!

kissies,
