• 1 ounce of vodka or light rum
  • juice from half a lime
  • 2 springs of fresh thyme
  • 1 ounce of diet ginger ale
Combine vodka, lime juice & thyme leaves (taken off stem) with ice and shake. Pour in a pretty glass, top off with diet ginger ale & garnish with fresh thyme. The diet ginger ale will give the cocktail it’s sweetness (instead of sugar). Simple & delish!
MG Tip: For pre-dinner party prep, mulitply the ingredients above x the # of guests, shake and pour into a pitcher. Add the diet ginger ale to each glass right before serving.
