Last night was AH-MAY-ZING.

Follow my MIDTOWN adventure…

First, we had the opportunity to attend HP’s design panel – held in the Millenium Hotel – with featured speakers:  Tracey Trachta (HP Executive Director of Global Marketing), Fern Mallis (Senior Vice President of IMG Fashion),  Kimberly Minor (Global Marketing Manager of Priscilla of Boston), Designer Emilio Sosa, Fashion Designer Vivienne Tam and  Sandie Cheng (HP Design Team Spokesperson).

The panel covered quite a few insightful topics including:

  • HP’s collaboration with amazing designer Vivienne Tam & the expansion of  “digital clutch chic” ;
  • The role technology has played in the fashion industry;
  • Incorporating technology into marketing strategies for new designers;
  • The influence women have in both the fashion & business worlds.

We also had the opp to view Vivienne Tam’s breathtaking designs for HP’s new Spring 2010 Collection! Deemed as “digital clutch chic”, the designs reflect Tam’s Spring 2010 collection which was inspired by ‘the classic Chinese love story, “Butterfly Lovers,” a beautiful tale of freedom, romance and inspiration‘.

HP hosted a pre-party at the Millenium Hotel featuring their 2010 Spring Collection with HP Touch Technology & a picture booth for us to have a pic taken & printed out – right there on the spot!!

Even Later That Eve…

By now you dahlings must have seen those fabulous HP Commercials with SJP & SATC2 right?!?! This is part of HP’s global marketing collaboration with the “Sex and the City 2” film. And speaking of the film…

As part of this unbelievable evening, we were taken by limo to the Paris Theatre where HP and the Condé Nast Media Group hosted an advanced screening of Sex and the City 2!!!

No spoilers here! You’ll have to go & see SATC2 <3

And as a Finale to this UBER CHIC Night…

The advanced screening of SATC2 was followed by an exclusive after-party at Bergdorf Goodman!!!
