JCPenney’s Spring Fashion Preview incorporated some fabulous looks with affordable prices for even the most picky fashionistas – including their “JCP Hearts YSL” designer-inspired pieces (like beautiful zebra number above)! They even had an outy similar to my bday one, but without the MG price tag! Now that’s fabulush…
