Light Ginger Cranberry Martini
- 2-3 slices of fresh ginger
- 1.5 ounces of vodka
- .5 ounces of light cranberry juice
- Diet ginger ale
Muddle a few slices of fresh ginger. This is used instead of ginger syrup (which is why this MG version is “light”). Add to martini shaker with vodka & light cranberry juice. Make sure to use the martini strainer when you pour into your glass (to take out the fresh ginger bits). Top with a splash of diet ginger ale (my fav sparkling mixer) and ginger slice – delish x 100!
