Bar on 5th – inside Setai on Fifth, 400 Fifth Ave, near West 37th St., 1st Floor
Does it get any more fabulous than 5th Ave? With a romantic fireplace & decorated with beautiful artwork, this spot offers just the right amount of cozy.
The Bar Room - at The Modern is located @ 9 West 53rd St., near Fifth Ave
For art buffs & those who dress to impress, the Bar Room offers a selection of delish small plates in additional to cocktails.
Bookmarks Lounge – at the Library Hotel, 299 Madison Ave, near East 41st St.
For the literary lover in us all, this spot offers a gorgeous, garden rooftop with central views of Midtown Manhattan.
The Oak Bar – inside The Plaza Hotel, 10 Central Park South, @ Fifth Ave
With a stunning view of Central Park South & an ambiance of old school New York, this spot is ideal for those who want to show off NYC decadence.
The Empire Room - inside the Empire State Building, 350 Fifth Ave, @ West 33rd St.
This spot offers a retro vibe with it’s art deco interior design & super comfy seating (great for when your date is super cute). Be sure to order a dirty martini while you’re here – the bartender makes them perfectly!
Plunge Bar & Lounge – inside Gansevoort Park Ave Hotel, 420 Park Ave South @ 29th St
With a stunning pool, multiple fireplaces, amaze cityscape views & lush cocktails for the jet-set crowd, this spot will even impress the most seasoned Manhattanites.
Opia - 130 East 57th St., Lexington Ave
Offering a sexy cocktail menu, open-door terrace with a prime view of 57th St. and sultry banquette seating, this spot epitomizes Midtown Chic.
Campbell Apartment – inside Grand Central Station, 89 East 42nd St., bw Park & Vanderbilt Aves
I adore this spot bc you would never know about it unless someone took you here (on a date of course, which is how I was introduced to it). The ideal spot for a classic Martini or Manhattan cocktail, dress code is…cocktail chic!
The World Bar - 845 United Nations Plaza, 1st Ave, bw 47th & 48th Sts.
The epitome of luxe with marble, bronze & gold decor everywhere, this spot offers pricey cocktails but sooo worth your date’s oohs & ahhs.
Flute Midtown - 205 West 54th St., bw Seventh Ave & Broadway
With a speakeasy history, intimate booths & perfect date-night lighting, this spot instantly offers up great 1st date convo.
Top of the Strand – 33 West 37th Street, near Sixth Ave
As one of my absolute fav Midtown rooftap bars, their prime view of the Empire State Building will make this place one of your best NYC dates spots, EVAH.
