There’s something I didn’t mention when I wrote about BB a few days ago.
Even though the date was AMAZE x 100, I kinda felt like something was weighing on BB’s mind at various points throughout that eve. I wasn’t sure if it was work – or a girl – but I failed to mention it bc I have a tendency to over-think & analyze EVERYTHING. I was trying not to pay attention to my instincts.
Turns out my instincts were right.
Last week I didn’t hear from BB at all, so I decided to make plans with other peeps bc waiting around for someone to call is not something that I (or any of you dolls, either) should ever do. I went out on a date Wed with a nice guy but…
It totes wasn’t as amaze.
Anywho, Friday comes & I’m getting ready to meet some gf’s. I am still wondering wth happened to BB. So, I text Midtown Boy.
Me: ‘What up, MB.” lol
MB: ‘Hey MG, how is everything?’
Me: ‘Good. Except – I have no idea what’s up with BB. Haven’t heard from him since that amazing date…”
MB: ‘Just text him hello. Then leave it alone.’
So I send BB a text…
“Just wanted to say hi. Hope you had a good week.”
I get…no response. Great & thanks BB. Saturday morn rolls around and I wake up out of no where. I check my cell (which I neurotically keep at the foot of my bed and which is always on silent). I have a new text. From BB -
“Dear Amy,
I hope you had a great week as well. I meant to speak to you: I am sorry to tell you that I have decided to move a step forward with someone else I was dating and go exclusive with her. I am sorry and hope that you don’t feel lead on but it wasn’t clear to me when we met. You are a beautiful and wonderful girl and I would have liked to take things further but it wasn’t meant to be. I wish you all the best.
BB”
Dammit if I wasn’t right.
I share the text with MB. He responds with – ‘At least he didn’t bullshit you.’
At Least.
I shoot a text back to BB…
Me: ‘Thanks for the honesty. Good luck with everything.’
5 seconds later, I get a last text from BB -
BB: ‘Good luck with everything as well. You are an amazing girl.’

p.s. – I have a date tom eve. Let’s hope this one will stay SINGLE…lolz. And;
p.s.s. – I will be posting my 1st Designer Date Night video this FRIDAY!! Dahlings – help me pick out which outfit I should wear on my next date! Love you <3

I’m with Kristin, who can hold a candle to MG? Meh to BB. But I think we all have to give him a little cred for being straight up (even though he didn’t reach out for a week…he does not get an A).
I guess I have to agree with your friend, at least he didn’t BS you.
